Because of the simple process, the cost of the product can be reduced by 10-20% compared with the dry composite membrane and other composite membranes.

4. Structural design is flexible: different structural designs can be used to meet the quality requirements of different products.

5. High strength: The co-extrusion film has the characteristics of stretching in the process of processing. After stretching, the strength of plastics can be increased accordingly. The nylon and metallocene polyethylene plastics can also be added in the middle to make it have the composite strength of plastics packaging which exceeds the general strength. There is no delamination and peeling phenomenon. It has good softness and excellent heat sealing performance.

6. Small capacity ratio: co-extruded film can be packaged by vacuum shrinkage, the volume ratio is nearly 100%, which is incomparable with glass, tin, paper packaging;

7. No pollution: no binder, no residual solvent pollution, green environmental protection.
