The first phase of the project introduced five Canada's most advanced seven-layer co-extruded film production lines with an annual output of 5,000 tons. The second phase project introduced a nine-layer casting line in Collins, Italy, and a W.H nylon thermal shrinkage film production line with an annual output of 12,000 tons. The third phase project introduced eleven-layer co-extrusion casting line in Germany, which has reached an annual output of 12,000 tons.
