
1. High temperature, high barrier stretch film, structure: PA/TIE/PP/TIE/PA/TIE/PP. This series of film is mainly used for packaging of high temperature sterilization products. For example: meat products containing bone and thorn; hard air-dried meat products and all kinds of halogenated eggs which need high temperature sterilization, bean products and so on.
2. Low temperature, high barrier stretch film, structure: PA/TIE/PE/TIE/PA/TIE/PE, this series of film is mainly used for pasteurization of low temperature meat products; fish, aquatic products packaging.
The film has the characteristics of pollution-free, high barrier, strong function, high strength, and strong puncture resistance. It can greatly prolong the shelf life of your products and maintain the original unique flavor of food. Compared with dry composite packaging materials, composite materials must be bonded with glue, which contains harmful substances in aromatic and aliphatic glue and is easy to dissociate into meat products; co-extruded high barrier packaging materials do not use adhesives, thus eliminating the contamination of food by esters, benzene and other harmful substances, ensuring food safety, air leakage and co-extruding high barrier packages. Vacuum loading and pumping can reach 100%, while dry composite materials are generally in 90%.
