1、 Characteristics of seven layer co extrusion film

1. High barrier: the performance of different plastic materials is different, and the film is co extruded to achieve high barrier effect on oxygen, water, carbon dioxide, odor, etc.

2. Strong function: oil resistant, moisture resistant, 120 ℃ high temperature cooking, cold-resistant, quality-saving, fresh-keeping, odor protection, can be used in vacuum packaging, aseptic packaging, inflatable packaging.

3. Low cost: compared with glass packaging, aluminum foil packaging and other plastic packaging, the same barrier effect should be achieved, and co extrusion film has a greater advantage in cost. Due to the simplicity of work, the cost of the film products can be reduced by 10-20% compared with dry composite films and other composite films.

5. High strength: the co extrusion film has the characteristics of stretching during the processing process. (1) High barrier and anti-seepage packaging film

The basic structure is: pa/tie/pe/tie/pa/evoh/pa/tie/pe

It is used for packaging meat dish with long shelf life, such as cooked meat, coffee, tea, essence, spices, food additives, cosmetics, etc. It can also be used in packaging of products with strong permeability and corrosion in petroleum, chemical industry, pesticide, highly toxic, acid, alkali, salt, etc.

(2) Inflatable and fresh-keeping packaging film

The basic structure is: pe/tie/pa/tie/pa/tie/pe

It is used in the field of air conditioning and fresh keeping packaging and balloon film packaging for food.

(3) Fresh meat preservation film

The basic structure is pe/tie/pa/evoh/pa/tie/eva

The fresh meat used for the cold storage of pigs, cattle and mutton is required to be immersed in 80 ℃ water for 1-3 seconds (or in the hot drying channel) for good barrier performance and can be stored at low temperature below -25 ℃.
